Golden Arrows
As Sydney watched, Australian archer Simon Fairweather (pictured) gave his home country a gold. Vic Wunderle became the United States' boy wonder in his surprise rise to silver. The Russian and American men's teams were forced into a shoot-off for bronze. But this year, archery belonged to the South Koreans. In a blitz of Olympic records, steady shots and bull's-eyes, they dominated men's and women's archery and dazzled the world with their talent.
